Which biometric and RFID devices does GYMBIM support?+
GYMBIM works with the biometric and access hardware Indian gyms already use — fingerprint and facial devices from ZKTeco, eSSL, Mantra, and Realtime, plus RFID card and band readers. The gate controller pairs with standard electronic locks and turnstiles, so most gyms go live on their existing door. We can also supply and install hardware as part of the rollout.
Does GYMBIM support UPI, UPI AutoPay, and GST invoices?+
Yes. Members pay by UPI, UPI AutoPay (for automatic recurring renewals), cards, net-banking, or at the cash counter, and a GST-compliant invoice and receipt are generated instantly for every payment. Payments run through gateways like Razorpay and PayU, and collections export to Tally for your accountant.
How does the gate stop members who haven't paid?+
At entry, a member scans a finger, face, or RFID band. GYMBIM checks their subscription in real time and releases the gate only if the membership is active, so an expired or unpaid member is stopped automatically without any front-desk confrontation. Every valid entry is recorded as attendance in the same moment, and the door auto-locks after hours.
Can GYMBIM manage multiple gym branches in different cities?+
Yes. The Chain plan consolidates branches across cities — for example Kolkata, Durgapur, Asansol, and Siliguri — into one group dashboard with per-branch revenue, attendance, and reporting, plus franchise roles, while each branch still runs its own front desk and access control.
Does GYMBIM work if the gym's internet goes down?+
The biometric gate keeps verifying and logging entries locally during a brief internet outage and syncs to the cloud once the connection returns, so members are not locked out. Billing, the member app, and reporting need connectivity, but day-to-day access at the door keeps running.

GYMBIM is priced per gym, per month, across three plans — Starter (from ₹1,999/month), Automate (from ₹4,999/month, most popular), and Chain (custom, per branch). Will you migrate our existing member and payment data?+
Yes. Migration from Excel, a previous gym app, or paper registers is part of the rollout — member details, active plans, and dues are imported and reconciled before go-live, so you are not retyping records or running two systems at once.
Do you install and support gyms in West Bengal and North East India?+
Yes. We are headquartered in Bardhaman (Burdwan) and actively deploy, train, and support gyms in Durgapur, Asansol, Kolkata, and Siliguri, and across Assam and North East India including Guwahati, Tezpur, Dimapur, and Kokrajhar.
