Raised in Dayalpur, West Bengal, Paritosh discovered programming while studying English Honours and completed his software engineering training at NIIT. He began freelancing in 2010, launched Academica ERP in 2013, and founded Techimpace the same year. Today, he leads a technology company serving 100+ clients across India and 6+ countries.
Paritosh's technology stack spans PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, APIs, payment systems, and AI automation. That engineering foundation shapes his leadership: understand the problem, choose practical technology, and build systems that remain dependable at scale.

His mission is to help schools, businesses, and entrepreneurs replace complexity with reliable software that improves everyday work. His vision is to build Techimpace into a globally respected, AI-native technology company from West Bengal—creating useful products, skilled careers, and long-term value without losing its closeness to customers.
Away from work, Paritosh travels to experience regional food, living cultures, historic places, and architecture. He is especially drawn to heritage towns, temples, local markets, and the stories behind how communities evolve. Conferences and founder communities are part of that curiosity too—new places, new people, and new ideas often become the starting point for better products.
