Security
Our practices for protecting data, systems, and client work.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Overview
Security is foundational to how Techimpace builds and operates the Site and our client work. This page summarises the technical and organisational measures we apply. It is a plain-language overview, not an exhaustive technical specification — enterprise buyers with specific requirements should contact us directly.
2. Transport & hosting
- All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
- The Site and associated infrastructure are hosted with reputable cloud providers that maintain independently audited data-centre controls.
- Production environments are separated from development and staging environments.
3. Access control
- Access to production systems and client data is limited to team members who need it to do their job.
- We use unique, credentialed accounts rather than shared logins wherever practical.
- Access is reviewed and revoked promptly when no longer needed.
4. Protecting client work
Client materials, credentials, and project assets shared with us are treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the agreed engagement. We do not reuse or disclose client materials outside the scope of the engagement without permission, and we are open to signing a mutual NDA before sensitive information is shared.
5. Vulnerability management
We keep the frameworks, libraries, and infrastructure underlying the Site reasonably up to date and apply security patches in a timely manner. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting the Site, please report it responsibly to support@techimpace.com — include enough detail to reproduce the issue, and avoid accessing or modifying data that is not your own. We will acknowledge good-faith reports and work with you on responsible disclosure timelines.
6. Incident response
In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will investigate promptly, take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the issue, and notify affected parties and, where legally required, relevant authorities, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
