What is the Food Commerce & Supply Chain platform?+
It is a complete, cloud-native software platform from Techimpace to run a multi-outlet restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food-delivery business end to end. In one system it provides a branded customer app and web storefront, POS and GST billing, real-time recipe-based inventory and supply chain, in-house delivery with rider and partner apps, a zonal-manager console, a support desk, and an admin and analytics console — across every outlet and brand. It is engineered and supported from Bardhaman (Burdwan), West Bengal.
Does it integrate with Swiggy, Zomato, and ONDC?+
Yes. Orders from your own branded app and website, ONDC, and aggregators like Swiggy and Zomato all flow into a single order queue with one menu and one price list. You update an item or a price once and it reflects everywhere, so staff aren't juggling separate tablets during a rush.
How does real-time recipe-based inventory work?+
Each menu item is mapped to a recipe, so when a dish sells, its ingredients and packaging are deducted from stock automatically and costed to the gram. You see live food cost per dish, variance, and wastage, run purchase orders to vendors, and transfer stock between outlets from a central store — instead of counting by hand at month-end.
Can we run our own delivery fleet with rider apps?+
Yes. The platform includes a delivery-partner (rider) app with zone- and load-based auto-assignment, turn-by-turn navigation, proof of delivery, and earnings and cash reconciliation. When your own fleet is stretched at peak, orders can fall back to a third-party logistics partner, and every drop is tracked live for the customer and the zonal manager.
Does it support multiple outlets and brands from one place?+
Yes. It is multi-tenant and multi-brand by design — many outlets and several brands run on one backbone with isolated data and a single admin console for menus, pricing, promotions, roles, and analytics. Adding an outlet or a brand later is configuration, not a new deployment.
Is it GST-compliant with KOT and kitchen display?+
Yes. The POS generates KOTs and routes them to a kitchen display system, produces GST-compliant invoices, handles table and QR ordering, split bills, and multiple tenders, and keeps billing running offline through a network drop, syncing once the connection returns.
Will it scale for a festival or match-day rush?+
Yes. The platform is cloud-native and scales out horizontally under load, updates orders, inventory, and rider locations in real time, and is built to be resilient and observable — so a demand spike is a capacity event, not an outage.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing is tailored rather than published, because outlet count, order volume, the modules you need, and whether you want dedicated infrastructure move the number materially. We scope your requirement on a short, free call and send an itemised quote with no obligation — choose the edition that fits and we price it to your business.
Do you deploy and support businesses in West Bengal and North East India?+
Yes. We are headquartered in Bardhaman (Burdwan) and actively deploy, train, and support restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food-delivery businesses in Durgapur, Asansol, Kolkata, and Siliguri, and across Assam and North East India including Guwahati, Tezpur, Dimapur, and Kokrajhar. Remote onboarding is standard; on-site setup is available where scope requires it.
