Our story

From a freelancer’s first $1,000 to a Private Limited company.

Shipping since 2010, a company since 2013, one broken year, one comeback, and a rule that never changed: deliver software that works, and stand behind it.

  1. 2010

    2010

    The first lines of code

Founder Paritosh Bag starts freelancing as a developer, crossing his first $1,000 in earnings building software for clients he'd never met — and learning that trust is earned one delivery at a time.

  2. 2013

    2013

Academica ERP & the birth of Techimpace

The first commercial product — Academica ERP — goes live at St. Francis de Sales (SFS) School. Techimpace is registered as a proprietorship in Bardhaman, West Bengal. That first deployment still runs today.

  3. 2014

    2014–2019

    PAN-India growth, first international clients

Word spreads. Techimpace expands from West Bengal to clients across India, then lands its first international projects — building ERPs, APIs, and payment integrations for businesses in 6+ countries.

  4. 2020

    2020

COVID breaks the business — not the team

The pandemic hits services businesses hard, and ours was no exception. We kept our client systems running through the lockdowns, protected what mattered, and planned the comeback.

  5. 2021

    2021

    The comeback: North East India

We resumed with great hope — and captured a new market. Schools across North East India adopted our ERP platform, and we launched our first business-automation projects powered by AI.

  6. 2023

    2023

    Merging into the AI ecosystem

As AI development accelerated, we re-engineered how we build: AI-assisted delivery, automation-first architectures, and a team retrained around modern tooling — enterprise outcomes at startup speed.

  7. 2024

    2024

    We said no to acquisition

MNCs and Indian companies offered to buy our products. We declined. What we build stays ours — and our clients keep a partner that answers to them, not to an acquirer's roadmap.

  8. 2025

    2025

    Techimpace Innovations Private Limited

Techimpace incorporates as a Private Limited company and restructures its teams around AI capabilities — engineers fluent in modern technologies, delivering with the highest client retention rate in our history.

Our promise

Operational software should make responsibilities clearer.

We make product fit, custom scope, integrations, migration, ownership, security controls, acceptance criteria, and support responsibilities explicit before they become production dependencies.

How we work

Principles that shape every engagement.

A group of motivated, experienced professionals who deliver results and solutions for business growth — held to standards you can audit.

Workflow before features

We map the roles, records, handoffs, exceptions, and decisions the system needs to support before deciding what to build.

Security by requirement

Access, audit, hosting, backup, recovery, privacy, and support responsibilities are documented for the selected product or custom scope.

AI where it is useful

Applied AI is proposed only where the data, expected value, review process, privacy constraints, and operating cost are understood.

Accountable delivery

Working increments, open assumptions, written responsibilities, and direct access to the delivery team keep decisions visible.

Clear product and custom boundaries

Product licensing, custom deliverables, customer data, repository access, integrations, and handover terms are separated explicitly.

Support with defined responsibilities

Monitoring, fixes, maintenance, iteration, response expectations, and transition support are scoped around the operating need.

Client voices

Trusted for years, not just projects.

Schools, retailers, fintechs, and manufacturers — from Bardhaman to Singapore. Here is why they stay.

“Techimpace built our school ERP in 2013 and it still runs every single morning — admissions, fees, attendance, everything. Twelve years with the same partner says more than any review could.”
SF
Administrator's Office
St. Francis de Sales School, Bardhaman
“They digitised our entire school in one term. Parents pay fees from their phones, reports generate themselves, and our office finally closes on time. No one we evaluated understood schools in the North East better.”
GD
School Director
Education group, Guwahati, Assam
“Our store processes thousands of orders on their platform — payments, GST invoices, WhatsApp updates. It just works, and when we call, an engineer answers, not a ticket queue.”
DK
Founder
D2C retail brand, Kolkata
“We've integrated agencies from three countries. Techimpace delivered the cleanest API work we've seen — documented, versioned, and load-tested before we even asked for it.”
FS
Chief Technology Officer
Fintech platform, Singapore
“Their AI automation removed nearly thirty hours of manual reporting a week from our back office. They didn't sell us AI — they solved our problem, and AI happened to be the answer.”
